• Content you upload: product photos (bags, clothing, etc.) and images you provide for virtual try-on.
• Model data you create: your digital model preferences (gender, age range, and appearance choices such as skin and hair).
• Usage and device data: in-app interactions, device type, operating system, IP address and similar technical data.
• Payment information: limited data processed via the App Store, Google Play or third-party payment providers for your credit purchases. We do not store card details.

3. How we use data

We use the data we collect to:

• Generate virtual try-on visuals and provide the Service,
• Manage your account and offer you support,
• Improve the Service, ensure its security and prevent abuse,
• Meet our legal obligations.

4. AI processing

The product images you upload and your model preferences are processed by AI models to generate virtual try-on results. This processing is performed solely to create the output you request.

We do not use your images to train our models without your explicit consent. AI-generated visuals may not exactly reflect reality; the accuracy of results is not guaranteed.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your data in the following cases:

• With suppliers that provide the Service (cloud hosting, AI infrastructure, analytics, payments), only to the extent necessary,
• Where there is a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority,
• In cases such as a merger or transfer of the company, in line with this policy.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the relevant data within a reasonable time; statutory retention requirements are reserved.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. However, please note that no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.
